The company BLUCAST assumes responsibility for high quality of its products. We guarantee flawless operation of all products marked with the BLUCAST trademark for period of at least 7 (seven) years, unless specified orherwise.

Warranty applies for ductile cast iron valves and fittings used in accordance with the intended purposes of drinking water supply systems. During the warranty period, BLUCAST assumes full responsibility, either to repair the product unsuitable for use, or to provide timely replacement. Exceptions to this warranty are failures of the products caused by improper storage, transportation, installation, use, pressure testing, service, and use with unsuitable liquids or in unusually aggressive environments. Warranty does not apply in case of actions carried out by third parties, accidents or other events over which BLUCAST has no influence.
